Welcome Back!

Welcome back to our school!!  We are excited to see everyone back!!  We are sure everyone is ready to be back into some measure of normalcy.  Be sure to allow extra time when coming to drop off and pick up your child as we have new procedures that we must comply with.

Emergency Contact Info

We will be sending out on the first day back at school, a new registration card to update your contact information.  Please complete and return it by the next visit to our school so we can update our systems.

Sick Policy updates

If your child has any of the following symptoms, please be sure to keep them home.  If they have a fever of 100 degrees or above, coughing, shortness of breath, chills, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, or has come into contact with anyone who has had a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please keep them home and give us a call to let us know.

Any child that develops these symptoms while at our school, the parents will be notified, and your child must be picked up promptly.  Your child will not be allowed to return to school until they are fever free and symptom free for 72 hours without the aid of any medication.  This is for the benefit of everyone at our school, so we all stay safe and prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Drop off/Pickup

We will be limiting the number of parents and other persons into our center to only those with essential need.  Therefore, we will be implementing a new procedure for pickup and drop off.  We will have you stay in your car until a staff member meets you outside.  The staff member will ask you a few screening questions about your child and will take their temperature.  If your child fails the screening questions or has a temperature of 100 degrees or above, your child will not be allowed to attend school that day.  See our requirements for return under the Sick Policy Section.  The staff member will then bring your child into the center and into their classroom.  We will do one vehicle/family at a time to maintain the 6 ft of social distancing that is currently required.  If no one is responding, please feel free to ring the doorbell or give us a call.  During pickup, we will bring your child out to you in the parking lot.  If you need to discuss anything with your child’s teacher, we ask that you give us a call 702.458.2828.

Essential Entry to our school

If there becomes a need for you to enter the school for any reason, please ring the doorbell or give us a call.  We will allow you to come in and we will need to ask you some screening health questions first.  If you pass these, we will then ask you to wash your hands and wear a face covering.  We will ask you to remain in the hallway and not enter any of our classrooms.  This is to help reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus, to keep our social distancing, and to keep your child as safe as possible while they are in our care.  We will only be allowing our staff members, children, and our licensing personnel access to our building.

Child’s Personal Belongings

We are asking that you limit the number of items you bring with your child such as car seats, diaper bags, etc.  Please refrain from bringing toys or stuffed animals and other personal toys into the center.  We have limited spacing to store these.  If there is a need, please let one of our staff know.  Also, be sure to pack an extra two sets of clothing especially for your infants and toddlers.  Our Frog Room children need to bring a sheet that they can leave here for their bedding also.   We are required to change them if they have any type of bodily fluids on them.

Payments and Accounts

We will be accepting payments at car-side.  We can send you a text or email receipt afterwards.  We will continue to be flexible with our tuition policy if your child is out sick.  Please be sure to call and notify us anytime your child is not going to attend their normally scheduled day.
